Ultimate IT Solutions was setup in January 2009 by Managing Director Rob Gittins to provide computer and I.T services throughout Shropshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire. Based in Market Drayton Shropshire Ultimate IT Solutions offers extensive computer and I.T support to local businesses as well as domestic cliental at an affordable hourly rate.
Whether you need a new laptop, PC, training or just a replacement printer cartridge, or you are ready to install a major upgrade to your server and Network infrastructure, we can make it all go smoothly and efficiently and provide you with all the necessary documentation and user guides.
Ultimate IT Solutions prides itself on being mobile, quick to respond and flexible, whilst maintaining a professional approach and standards that are above and beyond those of our larger competitors. We also believe that customers deserve the highest levels of support and should speak directly to an engineer who understands their problems, rather than a call centre representative who typically might not.

Q. How much do you charge?
A. Hourly charges are £35 per hour. Minimum charge is £35. There is no call out charge within a 25 mile radius of Market Drayton. 26+ miles is a minimum charge of £50.
Q. What Areas do you Cover
A. We provide all out IT Services throughout Shropshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire although our web development team work nationwide.
Q. Is your Work Guaranteed?
A. Yes. All our work is guaranteed. If we can't guarantee
any work then our customers are informed beforehand and are given the options as
what to do next.
